Postal Strikes

Due to Royal Mail postal strikes, orders to some areas of the country are being delayed. Please note that some orders may take two or three days longer than usual.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order, we will dispatch it as quickly as possible. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, but please allow more time for larger orders and around busier times.

Adding to orders may not always be possible if the order has already been processed. If you need to add an item, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order.

All orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail.

United Kingdom mainland 1st class - £1.00
United Kingdom mainland Royal Mail Signed For - £3.50
Europe - £7.50
Rest of the World - £10.50

Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card through Paypal.

If you wish to pay by cheque please download and complete an order form, and send it with the cheque to our address. We will then send your order once the cheque has cleared.

Out of Stock Items

If any products are out of stock, they will be marked on your invoice and you will not be charged for them. Full payment will be taken from your credit/debit card and we will refund you the cost of the out of stock items.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please write/fax/e-mail us within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone. We do have the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund.
